This Evening and Tonight:

Strong winds and locally heavy outbreaks of rain will edge into northern and western parts through the night. It will stay dry and breezy elsewhere with clear spells in the southeast.

Tuesday:

Rain will slowly move southeast and weaken. Staying dry in the southeast with some sunshine. Sunny spells and scattered showers developing across Northern Ireland and Scotland. Windy for many.

Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:

Turning drier and warmer with plenty of sunshine for most. However, fresher winds and outbreaks of rain will affect the far northwest, especially Wednesday evening and less warm here.
